Our Circuit Design Technology is a key asset that maximizes product performance and efficiency, going beyond mere electrical connections. We use high-density, multi-layer circuit board design (up to 10 layers) to integrate complex functions into a compact board. This minimizes the product’s overall size while allowing each component to deliver peak performance. Our design also minimizes interference between countless components and signals, ensuring stable data processing and accurate sensor operation. By harmonizing high-performance image sensors, motor drivers, and high-speed processors on the circuit board, our equipment operates quickly and without error in any environment.

It manages and controls every operation in real-time, from the slightest motor movements to the processing of countless data points. A key feature of our firmware is its ability to correct minor errors during document transport and instantly detect and resolve issues by analyzing sensor data in real-time. Image Recognition Technology
Image Recognition Technology is a source of pride for Hantle System. Using a CIS (Contact Image Sensor), we capture every part of a scanned image in high resolution to accurately verify and identify authenticity, serial numbers, and other features of the document. We have demonstrated our differentiated performance in fields requiring a high degree of precision, such as counterfeit banknote detection, ballot sorting, and check image recognition. We are currently working to build a more sophisticated system by integrating AI technology that learns from data over time. Through this technology, our goal is to evolve our equipment from simple machines into intelligent solutions that can “see, think, and decide.”
