Job openings are posted on major recruitment portals.
Applications may be submitted using the standard application form provided by each recruitment platform or in a free format.

Step 02

Document Screening

All applications are reviewed by the relevant hiring department and the HR team. The screening process focuses on suitability for the role, while taking into account preferred qualifications according to the position, including academic background, work experience, certifications, and language skills.

Step 03

First Interview

Applicants who pass the document screening will proceed to the first interview with the hiring department manager.
This interview focuses on evaluating suitability for the role through a question-and-answer format, and may include a portfolio review or practical evaluation depending on the position.

Step 04

Second Interview

Applicants who successfully pass the first interview will be invited to a second interview with senior management.
This interview focuses on assessing cultural and organizational fit through a question-and-answer format.

Step 05

Final Acceptance

Candidates who pass the second interview will proceed to a final confirmation stage, during which position level, role, and employment terms will be discussed. Employment will be finalized upon submission of the required documents and verification that there are no disqualifying factors.
